This is one of the best DVD drives I have ever used. It was bought for me as a Christmas gift because my old one just wasn't working well.

It was a tad cheap so I was skeptical about how it may work, but to my surprise it worked wonderfully. As soon as I installed it with the Installation Disc I plugged it in haven't had any problem's since then!

It also burns very fast, about 17 minutes for a full DVD9, and only 6 minutes with a DVD5. Very quiet and small so it doesn't take up to much space at your desk.

Would recommend to anyone.

EDIT:
I just purchased a new computer with Windows Vista. I actually lost the installation disk, but I plugged this in a it was compatible! Vista installed everything needed and it works like a charm still.
